To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

依間人氣馬來西亞餐廳好受街坊歡迎，分店越開越多👏🏻「蘇媽蘇媽」係馬拉文「乜都有」嘅意思，而餐牌的確有好多款馬來西亞傳統菜式，餐廳裝修亦有種令人去左南洋嘅錯覺🤩雖然食物份量唔算大，但由於多油同多香料，所以女仔可能未必食得哂一碗已經飽左🤣食物好食同性價比高，下次會再去試其他食菜式👍🏻🐮🍜 仁噹牛肉撈米通粉 $𝟞𝟞 (𝟙𝟘/𝟙𝟘)仁噹起源於印尼，係混合椰奶、香料、辣椒醬、黃姜粉等製成嘅辛辣醃肉，係馬來西亞常見。依款餐牌推薦配油麵，不過我轉左做米通粉，吸哂啲仁噹汁好好食，牛肉質地好淋，大推介🥰🥘🍜 湯咖喱米通粉 $𝟞𝟚 (𝟠.𝟝/𝟙𝟘)咖喱湯好香，雖然餐牌上只係mark一條辣椒嘅辣度，但食開譚仔四小辣嘅我唔係太handle到😂米通粉彈牙，但配料只有墨魚卷、豆卜同薯仔，我覺得唔太夠，有少少空虛感🌀🧈🍞 海南鴛鴦燒麵包 $𝟜𝟝 (𝟙𝟘/𝟙𝟘) 麵包嘅顏色燒得幾靚，配牛油同斑蘭超邪惡但好好食！🌟 Follow @gfgm.hk on Instagram for more 🌟
