To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我說的地道,是因為金記是香港製造,懷舊品牌,新一代傳承。 金記冰室因為時代的變遷,老店已經退隱。可幸的是有年輕新一代,將金記這個老品牌得以發揚光大,這幾年越開越多,我也是棒場客之一。今年也是第三年將金記月餅帶回家。 低糖雙黃白蓮蓉月餅 雙黃白蓮蓉月餅是我最喜歡的傳統口味,加上這盒金記低糖雙黃蓮蓉月比同類型的健康很多,食左無咁罪過。 一盒四個大大個的,附上膠刀 外皮印著金記冰室 喜歡金記低糖雙黃白蓮蓉月餅的原因有幾個: 甜度 - 剛剛好,不很太甜,唔會膩。 蓮蓉味 - 香濃,加上蓮蓉一點也不黏口。 蛋黃 - 油份夠,雖不至於漏油,但一點也不乾身,很香的蛋黃味。 總言之,金記是我近年喜歡的月餅,唔太甜唔會膩!口味剛剛好!

甜度 - 剛剛好,不很太甜,唔會膩。
蓮蓉味 - 香濃,加上蓮蓉一點也不黏口。
蛋黃 - 油份夠,雖不至於漏油,但一點也不乾身,很香的蛋黃味。

總言之,金記是我近年喜歡的月餅,唔太甜唔會膩!口味剛剛好!
