等到頸都長,終於等到了第一批得到批文來自中國的大閘蟹了! 蟹友們也急不及待,來到東海品嚐了大閘蟹宴。 鮮味蟹粉小籠包 每隻小籠都包滿了蟹粉及蟹肉,一D豬肉都無的,真正啖啖蟹油香。每隻蟹粉小籠都有半隻大閘蟹的蟹粉及肉,矜貴十足,咬一口,香味油份填滿了每一個味蕾。 生拆蟹粉蒜茸包 用大閘蟹拆出的蟹黃蟹膏蒸熟,再連同蟹肉煮成大閘蟹粉,當中的香味已是十分難形容的了,再配合香脆的蒜茸包,這樣的一個多士食法,有新鮮感之餘又美味。 一人有兩隻大閘蟹,蟹膏香粘密。這裡用上了傳統清蒸,完全保留了蟹的原汁原味,公蟹的蟹黃十分軟滑綿綿,加上只有大閘蟹才有的獨特香味,其實兩隻又邊度夠。 除了與大閘蟹有關的菜式,其他還有滋補的蟲草花北菇燉花膠湯 金湯時蔬 海皇湯手打烏 冬 最段少不了以薑茶湯丸來驅一驅寒氣啦!
