Two friends and I met for early dim sum lunch at 1130am on a weekday. We chose to meet early to avoid the work crowd. We enjoyed:
- char Siu bao (steamed roast pork bun)
- har gau (steamed prawn dumpling)
- chicken feet
- vegetarian dumpling
- pan fried radish “cake”
- steamed rice roll with dried shrimp
- sau bau (birthday buns)

The steamed vegetarian dumplings were especially good - often I find the dumpling wrappers can be a bit too sticky but this was perfect.

By the time we finished, the restaurant was full and it was very noisy. The acoustics are not the best and we found it hard to hear each other. But the food and lovely sea views make this a place I would come to again.

席間發覺當晚的菜式頗為豐富,由筵席必備的鴻運金豬全體、竹笙蟹肉翅到較矜貴的蔥油蒸杉虎斑和原隻蠔皇鮑魚也在菜單之內,選料更是一點也不馬虎,乳豬用上了40日大的BB豬,沒有過多的肥膏,正宗的小鮮肉,火喉拿捏準確,不會過於焦乾,皮脆肉嫩;竹笙蟹肉翅,一瓣瓣蒜子般大小的蟹肉伴著竹笙高湯,份量十足,味道亦不錯。

中信大厦里适合吃午餐的地方还是蛮多的,从金钟走过来也不远,这家店位于五层,正对维港,海景无敌,天气好的时候来这种店用餐再好不过了。中午的套餐还是挺好的,人均300左右的样子,再点一下他家招牌的几个点心,不到400可以搞定。点心里面虾饺,马拉糕不错,其他的包括他家强烈推荐的一种寿桃包(里面很烫,吃的时候要小心)都很一般吧。主菜里汤和海鲜都还可以,其他的没什么印象,摆盘很一般,不好看。服务态度挺好的,效率颇高。作为中午在金钟商务宴请的选择不错。

先輕輕咬開小籠包的外皮,小籠包的皮很薄,一口咬下去,濃郁蟹粉味道即時跑出來,包內湯汁也有很多,但是吃的時候要小心,因為湯汁十分燙口。服務員說每隻大閘蟹的蟹粉及蟹肉,最多只可以製作兩隻蟹粉小籠包,即是我們每人吃的兩隻蟹粉小籠包經是一隻蟹了。

就是先拆出大閘蟹的蟹黃和蟹膏,配上蒸熟的蟹肉,以半炒方法將材料混合在一起,就是煮成的一窩大閘蟹粉了。這個是一個很特別的吃法,就是將蟹粉加上蒜蓉包上,這個中西合璧吃法也是第一次吃。

將蟹粉加上香脆蒜蓉包吃,口感獨特之餘,也能吃得出蟹粉的鮮味,而且這一窩兩人份的蟹粉的份量甚多,可以大口大口奢侈地吃,淨吃蟹粉的感覺有點膩,不過用上蒜蓉包吃,味道層次突出,而且蟹味香濃。

先來一份蟹粉小籠包,皮薄但又不易爛,其實每次夾小籠包都很擔心會爛了,

最後幾飽都要食番個【薑茶湯圓】
果然薑愈老愈辣,夠辣唔會太甜!
湯圓係芝麻饀,皮薄細細粒都不錯。

食完後呢餐真係超級飽,大閘蟹外其他每道菜質素都平穩,滿肚都係蟹粉。

問了經理話蟹宴都幾多人已經預訂左,所以要拌電話訂座留位先過黎。

今年大閘蟹失收, 新聞又話有毒等等, 大家都不敢自己在外面買大閘蟹食了
不過去集團式經營的東海集團就感覺安心好多
而且每一年都食東海的大閘蟹, 今年也不例外
今年確實沒往年肥美, 但蟹膏依然鮮甜
好多人都不明白為什麼那麼愛吃大閘蟹, 好吃的大閘蟹是連肉都是甜的
那份鮮甜, 在其他蟹是吃不到的
吃完這次已經再訂台了, 哈哈~~

嘩嘩嘩,今年無太湖大閘蟹唔使死嘅,咪食北海道大閘蟹囉,日本出口實有保證啦。一上菜就聞到陣陣蟹膏嘅香味,淨係成隻都用蟹肉蟹粉整嘅小籠包已經征服味蕾,啖啖肉,因為1隻蟹先整到2粒㗎咋,爽呀!再黎成大啖蟹粉配蒜蓉包,愈食愈香濃!2樣加埋已經有d擔心要食返10餐菜先得。正主北海道野生大閘蟹,個殼好硬淨,搣到手都攰攰地,但係肉質堅彈牙,同繁殖場嘅蟹真係有唔同!蟹膏雖然比太湖嘅少dd同無咁濃味,但味道清甜都幾好食。
