To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

心情麻麻地，一於去食返餐好下午大約2點先出去lunch, 黎到門口終於冇哂人龍了(平時大排長龍)豚王，都算係香港拉麵界過江龍的始袓佢既餐單好簡單，就係得基本個4款--豚王, 黑王, 赤王同翠王，同埋每個月都有限定王拉麵亦可按自己個人口味選擇👍本人次次黎到都係揀最愛的--黑王(個人比較黑😂)個人口味--湯底普通, 腩肉, 野菜, 3辛, 太麵, 普通軟硬一黎到step1當然飲下湯，又香又濃，搞拌埋中間球狀的肉碎，個湯會更濃味(個人上比較重口味，覺得ok，如果食淡味既可能選擇淡香油同少醬料)個湯底仲會愈食愈辣通常出邊食湯拉麵都會配細麵(幼麵)，今次我就試下太麵(扁平麵)，麵質幾彈牙，不會粗糙，而且湯底都會掛到係麵上👍本人就比較喜歡較香的腩肉，肉質不會太肥不過有少少“鞋”口總括黎講: 豚王不失為過江龍的始祖，味道同係日本食的相似而且同日本一樣，有一壺檸檬水係到可以清清濃味的口氣
