不止一次說過,自小就跟老爸喝早茶,根深蒂固地對飲茶食點心有莫明的習慣。近年跟幾位朋友組成「點心兵團」,經常走訪不同酒店中菜廳,但當中有不少是名大於實的,偶爾亦有予人驚喜的感覺。今次就同另一位朋友品嚐了銅鑼灣富豪酒店「富豪金殿」中菜廳的點心。餐廳位於銅鑼灣核心地段,毗鄰地鐵站及維多利亞公園人流暢旺,早前曾經一家人試過親子「密室逃脫」 staycation ,但就只係包 buffet,所以對中菜廳是擦身而過。翻開點心menu,種類可真的不少,最難得是涵蓋不少懷舊點心,正好啱我呢類「老餅」。古法蟹肉罐湯餃($98)雖然寫係古法,但並非乾身用鐵片上,而係用高湯泡浸。不過市面有真正傳統風味的,大概只有來來去去果幾間,或者過多幾年,大家都已經淡忘了。無疑湯底好鮮甜,蟹肉是拆肉上,看得到、吃得出,餃皮亦不會浸到甩皮甩骨,感覺良好,賣到近百蚊一隻,個人覺得合理。上湯煎粉果($55)想不到點心類都有上湯煎粉果,一碟四件,擺放得令人安心,粉果煎得香脆而不過火,浸入湯裡快速拎起,可以蘸上了湯汁而不會令外層變軟,好味。甘脆蝦多士($55)蝦多士就稍微炸得過火,但仍不失香脆口感,尤其是蘸點甜酸汁,令味道複雜,貪

蝦多士就稍微炸得過火,但仍不失香脆口感,尤其是蘸點甜酸汁,令味道複雜,貪心一點,如果海蝦可以再大隻些少會更得我心。

黃沙豬潤腸($52)


或者真係太邪惡,坊間有得食既地方不多,而且係火喉控制上一定要好準,時間不足,豬膶就會未熟,不但有難聞既血腥味,更加怕有寄生蟲,若果過火的話,豬膶就會韌。

師傅竟然敢厚切,只包上薄薄一層腸粉,但效果出奇地好,外層軟滑,內裡爽口,時間拿捏得絲毫不差,可以話係近年來食過最好的豬膶腸粉。

豬肚蒸燒賣($68)


對於有上下年紀朋友,相信對豬肚或豬膶燒賣不會陌生。

豬肚汆水處理得好好,沒有絲毫的臊味,咬落亦夠稔身,蒸之前下了不少功夫,肉球亦吃得出鮮味,看似簡單,其實有心機的出品。

因為信用卡有優惠,計落人均$300有找,但食物質素及環境,比起好多星級酒店還要好,個人覺得有點被人忽略,「滄海遺珠」的感覺。
