To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ⭕️全部職員戴上口罩店內座位較密,客人大多是熟客仔二個人12點來到,茶樓接近九成滿好多人,大家一盅兩件野食未到時,已接近滿座,淨下預訂了的十人枱我們點了三個點心,一個小食,一個甜品。大概有六七成飽因食物質素下降,食唔飽都轉場食馬拉糕,不夠鬆軟,扁扁的而且有濕氣金錢肚,咬得費牙力,未夠稔蝦腸,不過不失!手撕雞,是切的,好多肥肥和雞皮炸奶餡料古怪以$16位茶錢來睇,食物質素有待改善呢期一星期只會出街食一兩餐一心來呢間茶樓飲個靚茶可惜,太失望了!
