Came to < Kuru Lab > the other day to pick up my mille-feuille ordered from Neko Puff, and their croffles caught my attention!
Their croffles ($36@) came in different flavors, and I tried three of them - [ mango ], [ red bean matcha ] and [ Korean strawberry ] which were all delicious!
As I bought take-away and ate them at home, the croffles were a bit on the soggy side. Couldn't reheat in the oven too as they came with fruits lol. Wonder if they would be crunchy if I chose to eat right away!
I also got a [ Hazelnut chocolate banana pie ($36) ] which was still sooo flaky and crispy when we ate it. My family absolutely loved it! ♥︎

《Kuru Lab》為拿破崙小店Neko Puff的姐妹店
上次來到這裡取蛋糕，也順道嚐了他們的〔牛角包窩夫〕，好吃又簡單的下午茶～
-《Kuru Lab》主打韓式小吃，牛角包窩夫、熱狗、吐司、鮮果批、飲品、披薩等等
食物賣相精緻，店面感覺舒適，很吸引途人坐下來吃個下午茶～
-Croffle 是 牛角包 (croissant) 跟 窩夫 (waffle) 的混合版，是近年人氣小吃～
這邊選用優質法國牛角包麵糰，有質素保證🥰
口味多款，這次我就選了 紅豆抹茶、韓國草莓、芒果
除了賣相吸引，味道也十分好因為外帶回家吃，所以croffle口感已比較軟 ·ࡇ·
不知道即場吃的話會不會比較香脆呢？😋

另外也嚐了一款果批，但沒有拍照哈哈
雖然拿回家吃，但批皮仍然非常酥脆，層層分明，牛油香味濃郁
跟內餡很搭，非常喜歡！
採用糖度24.8的岡山縣香蕉，十分講究呢！ ·ᴗ·
