Wanted to find somewhere to have a birthday lunch for someone who likes oysters, and this < Open Oyster > is top of the results.
They serve oysters from all around the world at reasonable prices.
AND!! They were even on [ 50% off all oysters ] promotion during the time of dinner dine-in ban!
-Wide range of delicious oysters, mains were not bad too.
Service was nice! Every staff member greeted customers with genuine smiles and would make recommendation when customers need some guide on ordering oysters.
All in all a really pleasant experience.

Ordered some oysters according following staff's recommendation.
Liked [ Gillardeau ] the most. Would give up [ Belon ] for something else next time.
It was our first time having a Kumamoto oyster. It's got a cute size and tastes rather sweet.
The Gillardeau oysters taste delicate and have a nice balance between sweetness and salinity.
It was served with a candle and a "Happy Birthday" stand as well.
Glad they took note of my remark. : )

Lunch sets are reasonably priced.
Only ordered the creme brûlée as a birthday dessert but it was so-so. Would recommend skipping this.

喜歡吃生蠔的話，不妨考慮一下位於尖沙咀東部的這間《Open Oyster》
這裡提供來自世界各地的時令生蠔，新鮮好吃來的時候碰巧還有「堂食生蠔半價優惠」，非常划算！

熟食味道還好，但來這裡的主要目的就是生蠔啊～～
這次用餐經驗很是愉快❤️
店員的良好態度令人感到賓至如歸
從接待的店員，到店裡招呼的店員，全都帶著笑容
感受得到他們真心的招待😊
看見蠟燭，知道同座朋友生日，還特地為他送上祝福（，還不止一位店員喔！）
好久沒有體驗過這麼真心的好服務了❤️

根據店員的推薦，點了四款生蠔其中最喜歡的是法國的 Gillardeau，尺寸剛剛好，海水味跟甜味平衡得宜
另外來自美國的 Kumamoto，小小的一隻好可愛，味道則比較清甜
Fine de claire也是來自法國，海水味比Kumamoto濃一點，大隻肉厚
最後的Belon也是法國蠔，尺寸很大，蠔味也很濃
店員說Belon有很濃烈的after taste，整頓飯也會在縈繞不息，但也未到那麼誇張 XD
