As their name suggests, they specialise in pork dishes. 🐷 Be sure to try their [ pork knuckle finger ] if one entire portion of crispy pork knuckle is too big for your party. Crispy and bite-sized make it a great snack to pair with a beer. 🍻

又到訪東區的蘇豪區了～這裡臨近海邊，氣氛休閒，隨便找一間餐廳都可以坐個半天呢
這次到訪的是《The Blind Pig》，在街頭一轉個彎就可以看見
-餐廳店面寬敞，設有室內跟室外位置
這裡車流人流不算多，再加上臨海，所以坐在外面吹著海風都應該蠻舒服的
牆上掛著數部大電視，各播著精選球賽
在特別賽季來到這裡邊看現場直播、邊碰杯、邊用餐，氣氛想必十分高漲🍻

外皮香脆，肉汁豐富，配上微辣的醬汁，惹味萬分
如果醬汁再多一點就完美啦😍
藍芝士醬跟西芹條當然不能少～

來到這裡，當然要吃招牌的豬肉菜式～
很多人推薦他們的豬手，但我們懶得切，一份份量也會太大
所以非常喜歡他們有〔豬手脆條〕這道小吃選擇
一口大小，最適合一邊看球賽一邊吃～
外皮香脆、肉的肉味香濃
比起原件豬手，這道脆條的口感會較乾
但沾上甜酸醬，同樣滋味
如果再配上酸菜跟芥末就更滿足！

青口件件飽滿，味道鮮甜、肉質彈牙可口
旁邊的薯條同樣好吃
•Seafood paella ($228)
西班牙海鮮飯
配料豐富，鋪滿整鍋飯
有蝦、大蜆、青口、魷魚、魚柳、辣肉腸、煙雞肉
每一口都吃到配料，鮮味濃濃！
不過青口來說，單點的白酒煮青口真的有比較好吃😆
