Ron Mak Mak serves Thai-inspired fusion dishes, one of which is the [ Minced pork with pani puri ]. Usually minced pork is served with lettuce; you wrap it in the lettuce and eat it. Here they replace it with the Indian pani puri. What a creative combination! The [ Cheesy rigatoni w/ yellow curry ] is a fusion dish we enjoyed a lot too. Be sure to also try one of their delicious drinks!

最近在這裡,就有一間泰國餐廳《Ron Mak Mak》進駐~
餐廳裝潢以橙色、木系為主
木桌木椅椰殼碗,具熱帶風情
木椅很小張,比較圓潤的朋友要較小心的坐😂
餐廳主打泰式fusion菜,配搭創新,賣相也很美,強力推薦!

早前在一家印度餐廳裡嚐了〔pani puri〕
這道菜就把印度元素加入泰式菜式裡面
肉碎生菜包的生菜,以脆球替代
可以把肉碎放進脆球內,享受香脆口感、香辣味道

這道是很有fusion風味的菜式,很推薦!
咖哩跟意大利麵 不是常見的配搭
這裡就把黃咖哩雞肉配上了短管麵 rigatoni,意想不到的搭配呢
咖哩微辣,帶濃濃椰香,惹味得令人吃個不停
