我個人黎講,我真係好鍾意日本野,與其要我花幾舊水係café嗌碟意粉,幾十蚊一杯咖啡打個卡,相比之下,我寧願花係居酒屋,雖之café係就係好有特色,好岩情侶去影相,但打卡還打卡,都要食得招積咖麻,飲得舒適姐!👇🏻📌廚 師 推 介 -▪️ 前 菜 -▫️「枝豆」面頭加少少鹽,送酒一流。▫️「燒鱈魚棒」配搭七味粉既沙律醬,鬆脆得黎,仲帶住濃郁既鱈魚香味,好食。▪️ 串 燒 - ▫️「露筍豬肉卷」外層既豬肉燒到口感爽脆,加埋露筍吸收哂豬肉油份,油香十足。▫️「厚切牛舌」有返咁上下肥厚,食落牛味濃郁仲特別咬口。▫️「荔枝豬肉卷」豬肉同荔枝兩者一定係絕配,清甜加上肉香,外焦內多汁,正!▫️「自家製雞丸串」食落雞肉嫩滑之餘,仲食到一粒粒雞軟骨係裡面,附上日本生雞蛋同醬油,份外惹味。▫️「雞中翼」外皮燒得夠焦脆,連骨位都帶好重香味,相當香口。▫️「芝士翠玉瓜」一入口好juicy,面頭加左d芝士,鹹香感增添不少。▫️「白蘑菇」清新香口,燒完口感都唔會好乾,非常多汁,師傅功架十足。
