厚切牛舌的厚度令人驚訝。而主廚的技巧高超,竟然可以令這麼厚的牛舌熟透而外皮不乾硬,讚!


整晚吃了很多串燒,鹽燒鮮白鱔、雞中翼、安格斯牛柳、鮮露筍豬肉卷、白蘑菇、芝士翠玉瓜等等,因為食材新鮮,全部不需額外調味都已經很好吃。飲品方面有果味梳打、啤酒、清酒等供應。食物質的確有保證,難怪逆市仍然人山人海。
