To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 放工後相約朋友行街 shopping 兼晚飯,銅鑼灣是一個好選擇。平日三餐都多數在外吃,也想吃得健康些,見食肆標榜「健康滋味EFG」,也想試試看。甜酸青瓜簾 -- 菜名充滿文藝氣色,其實是將青瓜連皮切段、醃製後捲成一卷卷的,青瓜水份充足,有預防暗瘡的功效,而且菜式酸酸甜甜,十分醒胃。 平日吃的醃製食品,通常比較濃味,不太健康。但這個南京鹽水鴨醃製得宜,不算太鹹,既香且滑,仍能保存肉的嫩滑。粉皮嫩滑爽口,配合鮮味的雞絲及爽脆的青瓜絲,醬汁另上,濃淡度自己調教,適隨各人自己的口味。用雞絲粉皮配搭南京鹽水鴨,有肉有菜,有濃有淡,絕配。現在莧菜當造,清炒稍嫌味寡,用金銀蛋來煮,色香味俱佳。食肆名為翡翠拉麪小籠包,當然要試一試這裡的小籠包。熱乎乎的小籠包,皮薄餡嫩,蒸煮的時間恰到好處,肉汁仍然能鎖在薄薄的皮裡,加點薑絲、蘸點醋來吃,更能吃出鮮味。有肉有菜豈能無魚,這尾小黃魚嫩滑可口,肉質鮮甜,用薑蓉來蒸煮,又健康又鮮味。鯊魚骨湯珍菌拉麵味道比較清淡,但菇的鮮味突出,加入芫茜和蔥粒,更顯鮮味。朋友一向吃得較清淡,所以十分喜歡這個拉麪。若嫌味道較淡,可以加入少許辣椒醬,味道會變得濃郁多了。我要了一客
