To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入到嚟粉嶺搵食,不外乎因為同啲老友行完山,今次小弟帶隊再挑戰大刀屻,不過,就由「嘉道理農場」嗰邊上山,粉嶺「蝴蝶山徑」呢邊落山,貪其一到粉嶺就可以食番個下午茶補補體力。大家都行到攰,咁就當然揀最就腳嘅「名都商場」搵食啦,上次試過「德興茶餐廳」,感覺一般,所以,就試試「太興」,諗住大牌子少少,可能會好啲啩。疫情緩和,防疫放寬,啲市民自然出晒嚟啦,所以,成個商場擠滿人,連帶店內都坐滿客,我哋都要等大概10min先有位坐。啲枱比較細張,枱與枱之間亦有啲逼,不過,環境算企理乾淨,反正都喺食個茶餐啫,唔會坐得幾耐。啱啱好安排咗最入、最角落張卡位,咁我哋可以自成一角!餐具、餐紙、調味料全部都喺放晒晌枱側嘅抽櫃中,呢種已喺茶記嘅常規設定。下午茶餐都有好多選擇,但眾所周知,「太興」主打喺燒味,所以,下午茶餐中有較多喺燒味款式,仲有啲喺三文治、多士、湯粉麵類,取價就比出面一般茶記貴少少。頂級午餐肉滑蛋公仔麵 $44其實,比起外國貨,小弟覺得「長城牌」嘅「白豬仔」喺最好食,當然睇相就唔知呢碗啲午餐肉有幾頂級,就算食落都未必知咩牌子,但老友就話唔錯,煎得香口,而滑蛋就算浸咗湯,都仲喺嫩滑,公仔麵都OK啦,無

頂級午餐肉滑蛋公仔麵 $44

其實,比起外國貨,小弟覺得「長城牌」嘅「白豬仔」喺最好食,當然睇相就唔知呢碗啲午餐肉有幾頂級,就算食落都未必知咩牌子,但老友就話唔錯,煎得香口,而滑蛋就算浸咗湯,都仲喺嫩滑,公仔麵都OK啦,無煮腍都收貨喇!

脆香雞中翼拼迷你西多士 $40

我心諗,雞中翼得嗰兩隻,西多士就俾夠成份啦,反正都只不過多一片麵包,功夫又唔會多咗去邊,依家就感覺有少少寒酸。老友講到,雞中翼確喺炸得香脆不膩,而西多士就無話咩好特別,都喺花生醬餡,配牛油同糖膠咁啦。

小弟嘅選擇喺試吓啲未試過嘅嘢,所以,揀咗羅宋湯通粉配咗咩嘢四色卷。先分享碗羅宋湯通粉,個羅宋湯做得唔差,簡單講喺好港式嘅味道,即喺濃郁酸香,有好多雜菜在內,仲有少少牛肉粒,最緊要通粉無過腍,算幾好食;而四色卷類似啲魚肉春卷,但裡面仲捲有紫菜、蟹柳之類,食味算唔錯,但有少少油啫。

張枱真喺淺窄,一下子堆晒啲嘢嚟,都唔記得咗影杯奶茶,佢哋嘅冰鎮奶茶幾出名,但我就想飲杯熱奶茶,茶奶比例OK,但茶底又無預期中咁芳香馥郁,不過,亦算水準中上。席間大家講咗好多行山嘢,下次目標想喺行「雞公嶺」喎
,又睇睇幾時成事先!
