To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太興燒味出名????本人以後都唔會再幫襯叫個三拼燒味飯油雞得胸又冇咩味,燒肉又係冇味豬皮位置又唔脆,燒鵝又冇乜肉。收79蚊簡直垃圾,請都唔會再去食,點解可以咁差架。餐牌款式極小冇咩選擇,不過諗住燒味出名應該ok掛,點知朋友食嘅叉燒又係好差平時佢都冇咩要求好少彈,但佢都話請都唔會再去,佢咁落去應該好快執笠。唔怪之得見佢冇咩生意啦,今次都是有coupon先諗住去,如果唔係重蝕。所以大家想去真是要三思,出面又平又好食過佢嘅大把選擇。可一不可再。 continue reading

入到嚟粉嶺搵食,不外乎因為同啲老友行完山,今次小弟帶隊再挑戰大刀屻,不過,就由「嘉道理農場」嗰邊上山,粉嶺「蝴蝶山徑」呢邊落山,貪其一到粉嶺就可以食番個下午茶補補體力。大家都行到攰,咁就當然揀最就腳嘅「名都商場」搵食啦,上次試過「德興茶餐廳」,感覺一般,所以,就試試「太興」,諗住大牌子少少,可能會好啲啩。疫情緩和,防疫放寬,啲市民自然出晒嚟啦,所以,成個商場擠滿人,連帶店內都坐滿客,我哋都要等大概10min先有位坐。啲枱比較細張,枱與枱之間亦有啲逼,不過,環境算企理乾淨,反正都喺食個茶餐啫,唔會坐得幾耐。啱啱好安排咗最入、最角落張卡位,咁我哋可以自成一角!餐具、餐紙、調味料全部都喺放晒晌枱側嘅抽櫃中,呢種已喺茶記嘅常規設定。下午茶餐都有好多選擇,但眾所周知,「太興」主打喺燒味,所以,下午茶餐中有較多喺燒味款式,仲有啲喺三文治、多士、湯粉麵類,取價就比出面一般茶記貴少少。頂級午餐肉滑蛋公仔麵 $44其實,比起外國貨,小弟覺得「長城牌」嘅「白豬仔」喺最好食,當然睇相就唔知呢碗啲午餐肉有幾頂級,就算食落都未必知咩牌子,但老友就話唔錯,煎得香口,而滑蛋就算浸咗湯,都仲喺嫩滑,公仔麵都OK啦,無煮腍都收貨喇!脆香雞中翼拼迷你西多士 $40我心諗,雞中翼得嗰兩隻,西多士就俾夠成份啦,反正都只不過多一片麵包,功夫又唔會多咗去邊,依家就感覺有少少寒酸。老友講到,雞中翼確喺炸得香脆不膩,而西多士就無話咩好特別,都喺花生醬餡,配牛油同糖膠咁啦。羅宋湯通粉配脆香雞中翼 $40另一位老友都喺鍾意食雞中翼,但就配羅宋湯通粉,因為濕濕哋,又唔會話兩樣炸嘢咁熱氣。我都喺揀羅宋湯通粉,等陣再分享,而雞中翼上一份茶餐已講咗,故此,呢一份茶餐就無咩好補充。羅宋湯通粉配四色卷 $40小弟嘅選擇喺試吓啲未試過嘅嘢,所以,揀咗羅宋湯通粉配咗咩嘢四色卷。先分享碗羅宋湯通粉,個羅宋湯做得唔差,簡單講喺好港式嘅味道,即喺濃郁酸香,有好多雜菜在內,仲有少少牛肉粒,最緊要通粉無過腍,算幾好食;而四色卷類似啲魚肉春卷,但裡面仲捲有紫菜、蟹柳之類,食味算唔錯,但有少少油啫。張枱真喺淺窄,一下子堆晒啲嘢嚟,都唔記得咗影杯奶茶,佢哋嘅冰鎮奶茶幾出名,但我就想飲杯熱奶茶,茶奶比例OK,但茶底又無預期中咁芳香馥郁,不過,亦算水準中上。席間大家講咗好多行山嘢,下次目標想喺行「雞公嶺」喎,又睇睇幾時成事先! continue reading

202212平日--太興地址位於: 粉嶺粉嶺車站路18號粉嶺名都商場2樓6號舖當天天氣寒冷,路過太興見有羊腩煲供應,侍應招待有卡位,就即興試試禦寒羊腩煲爐上$168,送時菜一碟煲仔算是迷你型,生菜量也不多羊腩約有麻雀大小十件,炆得夠火喉,肉嫩有羊羶味,醬汁味道不錯白飯一碗加點的冰鎮奶茶,冰和茶分開的構思不錯,奶茶不會變淡,保留茶味,冰凍依然埋單價錢忘記了羊腩煲限時供應,份量不多,淺嚐羊腩的味道另一次的外賣三杯雞($88),紙盒的外賣包裝(+$1)三杯雞色澤均勻,雞不小,胸肉和髀肉厚,肉質嫩滑,啖啖肉,豉油味道不錯晩餐沒時間煮餸,太興推廣不同口味的外賣雞,也算是一個方便、便宜之選 continue reading

新出左隻百里香美極雞 , 外賣同堂食一隻都係$88 , 一如以往個名就改到天花龍鳳 , 但其實就冇乜特別既 , 唔洗對佢有期望 , 當佢普通豉油切雞就啱架啦 , $88大大隻 , 完全乎合期望 , 得閒會再買來加餸 , 又或者下次可以試乜野風沙豬手 , 都係$78 .  continue reading

一個人食午餐,中午12點有一半枱無客,入去大把枱竟然被安排同亞伯搭枱,疫情時期已心感不安,而且更是送貨出入口位,起初以為之後多客也無奈接受,最後先知應該係我好蝦!人卡位嘅!待客雙重標準,好明顯係欺善怕惡啦!叫左排骨麵,湯好鹹,食完幾個小時也好口渴。熱奶茶應該係煲底水尾,微暖唔熱,喝完有大量茶葉渣在杯底,品質極差!進食期間,有客入餐廳也是叫人隨便揀位座,一個男人又可以座4人卡位嘅!待客雙重標準,好明顯係欺善怕惡啦!半小時食完離座,仍有三分一枱是無人座,仲要大部份客係一人一枱,怪不得太興在疫情初期,好多分店都有食客中招而要關門休息,大把位都要人搭枱,你哋員工有冇衛生安全意識㗎?什麼服務態度?價錢貴、味道差、食品質素低、安全風險低、待客如此,不會再幫襯! continue reading
