To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

「冬菇肉碎」累事

到樓上開會後，下來巳經是晚上七點半，許久沒幫趁過Can-teen，便光顧。這兒大抵是重新裝修過，門口放置數個花籃。是因為地面開設了新的連鎖食店群（大家樂、意粉屋、肯得基），而自我增值！？貪便宜，點了個湯麵餐（$24），選了「魚肉春卷冬菇肉碎湯米粉」配「熱檸檬茶」。那魚肉春卷係正常貨色，份量亦巨，唯那冬菇肉碎很油膩，把整碗米粉變得油油的，矚目驚心！大概會再來這兒吃，但絕對唔會再點這個油油的「冬菇肉碎」！
