難得久未見面o既表姐得閒,週五約咗幾老表喺公司附近一家自己想試咗好耐o既「華小料理屋」食晏,XO仔聽聞當然係要一同參與啦!店子內外都貼滿推介和牛之海報及小旗仔,簡單到題。餐廳面積唔算特別大,但勝在樓底高,木造o既餐桌椅櫈及和風o既間格簡潔乾爽。店內光線充裕。散座與散座之間o既空間足。四人被安排入座左方o既卡位就最為寬闊舒適。午市餐牌共有兩頁之多,圖文並茂,甚為清晰。日本A3和牛壽喜燒鍋($238):午市壽喜燒套餐包有季節小鉢、漬物二點、和風沙律、蒸蛋、日本A3和牛壽喜燒鍋、日本米白飯、味噌湯、精選甜品及咖啡,合共有八道菜之多,份量認真唔野少!和風沙律尚算清爽醒胃。季節小鉢為少辣惹味o既牛脷絲。麵豉湯夠清。主角滾住上o既壽喜燒鍋熱辣辣、香噴噴,另配一隻蛋黃鮮美o既靚靚日本生蛋,未食已令四老表嘩聲四起。熱鍋中o既日本A3和牛粉嫩夠薄,半生熟就最啱小肥口味。和牛薄片軟嫩無比,甜而不膩,點上生蛋黃食即增添柔滑,半溶於口中,實在美妙!墊底o既洋蔥、芋絲、金菇、豆腐、雜菜索哂味,送飯更是一流。甜品北海道牛乳布丁微甜輕巧,清香軟滑,細細杯,易入口,掂呀!飯後一杯熱咖啡,腸胃確真舒暢。感激表姐專登走黎
