To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

茶餐廳始終喺香港人嘅飲食文化,一向都好受普羅大眾嘅歡迎,就好似今次同朋友嚟到太子嘅「 基隆茶餐廳」,屬小店規模,但就眼見有好多人幫襯,正值午市嘅尖峰時間,門外仲企咗唔少客等位。一般茶餐廳格局,兩邊都喺卡位,中間就排咗可活動嘅2、4人枱,老實講,環境真喺好逼,啲通道其實勉強夠一個人側側身咁過。然而,啲阿姐、阿哥都好禮貌,不過,出菜就好亂吓,經常聽到嘅一句喺有無人有嗌乜乜乜呀。晌等位期間,已經睇定食乜,因為貼咗唔少午餐嘅選擇,例如「每日精選午餐」,寫明邊日有啲咩,每日有4款碟頭嘢,奉送餐飲,賣$40,比起近彌敦道啲茶記平5、6蚊架喇。以為「午餐」得一類,晌門口水牌仲貼咗張手寫嘅「午餐」,共有3款,奉送餐飲,但就可以揀例湯,同樣賣$40。不過,友人對啲午餐麻麻,反而相中款「全日餐」,睇落又確喺幾特別,秘製薑酒生滾鮮牛肉或豬潤,可配唔同粉麵,只賣$38,抵食喎。連福麵都有,老友喺福麵迷,啱晒佢,可惜當日話無福麵喎,哈哈!秘製薑酒生滾鮮豬潤通粉 $38老友話堅有酒香,加上面面仲放咗一大撮薑蓉,無薑味都幾難,配通粉又幾唔錯喎,而啲豬潤灼得剛好,軟滑而粉粉哋,但只得四片而已,感覺少咗啲。整體而言,喺

老友話堅有酒香,加上面面仲放咗一大撮薑蓉,無薑味都幾難,配通粉又幾唔錯喎,而啲豬潤灼得剛好,軟滑而粉粉哋,但只得四片而已,感覺少咗啲。整體而言,喺唔錯嘅,又有啲特色。

焗卡邦尼蟹柳雞扒飯 $40

其實即喺白汁焗飯,蟹柳就當然喺雪藏嗰類貨色啦,雞扒俾到兩大件,算喺足秤抵食。而味道方面,友人就話只喺不過不失,原來汁底味薄,又焗燶少少,要扣啲分。

呢度提供唔少湯飯選擇,而呢一道湯飯亦出色,大概都喺因為胡椒豬肚湯本身香濃,又有個性,就咁飲已經唔錯,配飯自不然唔差得去邊,況且,豬肚爽口,又無燥味,份量更喺十足添。

乾炒牛河 $40

小弟就揀牛河,雖然喺慣常見到嘅炒粉飯麵,但炒得好都唔容易。我諗住點午餐都應該快啦,但都等咗近15分鐘,見侍應一手四碟咁出嚟,就知喺因為儲單。睇外觀好油吓,食落其實都喺幾油,用咗啲幼身嘅河粉,炒得均勻上晒色,味道亦都唔錯,牛肉夠腍滑,但份量偏少,唔知喺咪我啲牛肉去咗人哋嗰碟度!

熱奶茶

晌茶記,點奶茶真喺無乜點衰,喺頗為穩膽,不過,今次就有啲燒鬚。杯奶茶茶底唔濃,茶香弱,又或者有可能落得太多奶,茶、奶比例唔理想,入口嘅口感亦唔覺滑。

我哋所嗌嘅兩款「精選午餐」都喺麻麻哋,反而其他碟頭做得有水準。由於地方都唔喺太好坐,所以,食飽就閃,都無話坐多陣傾吓偈。
