Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

「宜家」有好野食

相信大家都有行過IKEA，但未必每個人都會到店舖內的cafe。餐廳的設計都係用返宜家家居的產品。餐廳提供的食物都好多元化，由前菜、主食、小食到甜品都應有盡有。先黎一份煙三文魚，三文魚唔腥，個香草汁仲幾好食tim，無論點三文魚定撈沙律食都襯。再黎一份燒荷蘭牛仔柳，肉質唔算太un，薯落蓉都幾滑。長期餓的我，當然要叫多份小食拼盤啦。入面有雞翼、薯角、脆皮腸及粟米。係咁多款中，我最欣賞薯角，出面夠香脆，入面薯仔都幾軟熟。肉丸係餐廳人氣高企的食品，除左一粒粒夠香外，個汁的味道都唔錯。==============================鍾意我的分享的，我邀請你訂閲我的食評，我會繼續與大家繼續發掘有咩CP高的冰糧！(敬禮)
