今日探長輩又黎陪嘆茶☕明明記得上次黎仲係叫德星,而家已經變咗雅殿,不過入到去就寫住仲係under德星集團,呢d屋邨酒樓成日改名,真係唔知係咩把戲。 酒樓大門係長青邨平台,需要再行上一層先到用餐區域🎢入去都係長方形既格局幾試正,揀咗坐美食吧既對面,聞住即煎美點好香。 特價點心紙都有🐦紅燒乳鴿長輩特別鍾意食乳鴿,的確夠皮脆肉嫩,絕對唔係放咗好耐既貨幾抵讚,肉香多汁。 🎋上湯鮮竹卷呢款就蒸得太耐,令到腐皮都變得軟爛難以夾起,上面既蔥花都已經變啞色,入面餡料都食唔出咩味。 🐷脆皮燒腩仔燒味類表現幾出色,可以看得出是層次分明,爆汁肉質和鬆化脆口的豬皮很合拍。 🌯蜜汁叉燒腸叉燒的size啱啱好,令到成條腸粉更加口感,咬咬下就就甜味滲出。 🥟潮州蒸粉果粉果皮唔夠煙韌,一夾就變得好易散,不過d餡唔錯,一咬就好香。 🍳香煎蘿蔔糕外脆內軟就係蘿蔔糕既標配,入面仲有絲絲蘿蔔幾好味。
