▫️「炭烤法國乳鴿」呢隻乳鴿分左兩個部份,面頭既鴿腿烤到外層焦脆,
而搭住下面既就係鴿胸,但食落完全唔乾身,反而肉質相當嫩滑,
加埋經慢煮既茴香,好特別!

▫️「炭烤A5宮崎牛肉」用上西冷部位,但肉質完全係超出我預期,果份油香,
而且入口係相當軟腍彈滑,岩岩好做到medium既口感,顯得chef功架十足,
旁邊既beef tendon chips,食落口感爽脆,我超鍾意呢道主菜。
