今個月生日朋友帶我黎試呢個「明悅嚐味宴MING MOON DEGUSTATION MENU」!一直對呢間餐廳好奇(話晒都係香港少有嘅米芝蓮一星中菜廳)!呢個menu仲有sparkling wine / white / red 做pairing,不過我同我朋友都唔想飲酒,要咗杯果汁😂以下落黎逐個Dish介紹吓:1、明閣兩小碟(魚子醬酒香鵝肝凍、蒜泥紅油帶子)唔記得左影相,個魚子醬鵝肝凍其實係花雕jelly,我就覺得夾埋一齊食味道比較一般 // 帶子就唔係特別香或大粒,不過襯咗啲萵筍絲墊底口感都幾特別2、燒味二重奏(至尊蜜汁叉燒、黑松露鳯梨乳豬件)個叉燒好好食!!!食嘅時候仲係好暖,佢冇話做到個皮好脆或者窿邊嘅效果,但件件半肥瘦,唔漏而且好香軟~3、原個椰皇菜膽天白菇竹笙清燉松茸個湯好清甜,竹笙口感啱啱好!椰肉燉到好軟滑夠淋身,仲有少少香味,忍唔住刮晒嚟食(同埋我第一次見到有鋸齒嘅匙羹😂😂😂)4、酥炸釀鮮蟹蓋啖啖蟹肉,炸皮又夠香脆👍5、天池泡菜耀龍皇 黑椒和牛龍蝦鉗食嘅時候覺得自己去上咗黑白大廚,個泡菜汁同龍蝦肉好夾,又唔會搶咗龍蝦肉嘅味道又夠惹味! 另外用左免治和牛肉包住條龍蝦蕊,咁樣嘅

個叉燒好好食!!!食嘅時候仲係好暖,佢冇話做到個皮好脆或者窿邊嘅效果,但件件半肥瘦,唔漏而且好香軟~

陳皮紅豆酥夠香,唔會太甜,本身諗住淨係食半粒都忍唔住食晒!桃膠燉鮮奶就反而一般(上菜嗰陣佢仲唔記得將桃膠鋪面),桂花糕都比較一般

作為米芝蓮一星餐廳,今次服務有待改善。不過餐廳入面環境都好舒服,食物質素都可以,值得再回頭!
