今次搵到呢間喺灣仔一帶嘅小店叫做椰粉湯紅。去到店舖門面嘅裝修有一簡約同埋小清新風格,睇餐牌主要係食啲中式fusion菜,同埋主打幾款燉湯。同朋友今次叫左首創竹絲海南雞椰香飯套餐($108),套餐跟飯、菜。海南雞嘅賣相係類似平時嘅烏雞咁偏烏黑色,而食落口感都算嫩滑,配埋個醬甜甜酸酸咁都幾開胃。另外叫左份炭燒鰻魚椰香蛋包飯($88),呢味嘅賣相相對做得靚,而亦都有配合餐廳「椰」嘅主題,店員推介將佢地自製嘅椰醬混埋飯一齊食,食落味道甜甜地咁,都算幾新鮮,但鰻魚如果仲大條d就仲正。至於兩個餐都可配一客湯,店員推介左佢地當日嘅是日食療拿杯湯 - 淮山赤小豆扁豆湯,湯水溫度夠哂熱,岩哂呢排忽冷忽熱天氣飲嘅湯。整體黎講,所以菜式都算係冇味精之選,喺灣仔區黎講價錢亦唔算特別貴。
