Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 星期五想食好啲又諗唔到食乜，最方便當然係自助餐啦🍽反正入咗沙田，就去麗豪酒店濠餐廳嘆個自助晚餐先！佢地新推出主題「極上海鮮•親子同樂」池畔燒烤自助晚餐，好多款野食，真係好多款有時令新鮮海鮮，如澳洲凍蝦、松葉蟹、龍蝦等海鮮冷盤之餘，仲有好多唔同嘅海鮮一口小食，勁多選擇🦐🦞🦀除咗冷盤，廚師更為四位以上嘅顧客精選上乘嘅海鮮，包括鮑魚、蜆、海螺、龍蝦等，配上惹味醬汁嘅Shake Shake海鮮袋，香味撲鼻。仲有幾款海鮮創意料理：茴香龍蝦酥盒、爽口彈牙芝麻鮑魚沙律，鮮果龍蝦沙律、鮑汁螺片扒時菜同清蒸海斑等。。。。除咗海鮮，即叫即燒嘅池畔燒烤，包括青口、海蝦、燒蠔、扇貝。當然仲有食肉獸唔少得嘅即切烤肉同羊架啦！爸爸同媽媽最欣賞佢嘅西冷牛扒同燒蠔🦪🥩仲有香煎鵝肝多士，開心死爸爸❤️甜品方面就不得了喇，甜品櫃有超過十款嘅甜點蛋糕包括藍莓芝士蛋糕、芒果椰絲慕絲蛋糕、蘋果吉士撻、葡撻、芒果布甸杯、木糠布甸杯、法式焦糖布甸，多到數唔晒，到8點仲有火焰雪山。連雪糕都有7款口味，當中包括3款Movenpick雪糕添，食到阿女停唔到🍰🍨🍦再誇張嘅係有無限罐裝啤酒及飲品供應，有排飲呀🍻🍹🥤除咗食，濠餐廳仲安排咗親子活
