To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來到支持小黃店系列💛今次來探訪位於大窩口和荃灣交界的越翠苑，主打正宗越南菜式。雖然餐廳位於車水馬龍的德士古道旁，但入內後就完全聽不到外面的車聲，佈置以黃色為主，與一般越南餐廳以綠色為主與別不同，還有斗笠掛在牆上裝飾🧑‍🌾 餐牌除了常見的檬粉外，還有炒通粉和越式法包等特色美食，今天和朋友下午茶到此，所以叫了兩款法包一戰就夠飽🥖 🍔越式法包(細) $38 8/10充滿芫茜的內餡，麵飽形狀像漢堡包，但質感卻是法包略帶煙韌的味道，內裏有炒香的肉碎和香料混合在口內填滿👌 🌭越式豬扒法包(大)  $50 8.5/10大版只是略貴幾元，但卻給予更多的飽足感，材料可能只比少有些微增加，但因為細版是爆餡級別關係所以每口仍有包有料。由於朋友不愛芫茜，所以走茜後豬扒大大塊更突出，煎炸得香脆可口👍 由於怕太乾身涸喉，所以加一杯凍鹹檸水潤濕喉嚨，原個大鹹檸十分驚喜好飲🤤
