To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

吃了豬串燒第一塊之後,馬上接著第二塊,一口接著一口,完全停不下手。豬串燒表層超級焦脆,豬肉多汁嫰口,而且調味恰到好處,讓人一試難忘,沾上旁邊的沙嗲醬又是另一種不同的風味,建議可以先吃原味。

很少泰國餐廳的串燒有泰式臘腸供應,小曼谷泰國美食是少數有泰式臘腸品嚐的餐廳。泰式臘腸鹹甜滋味頗涮嘴,脆彈十足,比起中式臘腸沒那麼肥膩,瘦肉多於肥肉,卻不失脂香。
