現在已經好難買到脆皮燒肉, 就算買到, 拿到返屋企都變唔脆啦.所以而家買燒肉最緊喺要肉質嫩滑, 肥瘦分佈均勻, 入味又唔太鹹. 「泰靚」嘅燒肉就合晒我嘅要求, 買回家後, 起咗條骨, 然後於食飯前用多士焗爐番熱5分鐘, 切件上碟, 就即刻變成脆卜卜嘅燒腩仔, 大家不防一試.
