To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港人一年四季都鍾意「滚」，呢度真係名副其實可以合法比你「滚」同朋友對酒當歌，仲有特別「漲知識/姿勢」的菜單- 怡紅寶鑑！依家店內抽籤活動有多項優惠，是次抽到第六簽有95折，個人真係無咩抽獎運哈哈~是次湯底係燈紅麻辣鍋，冇提供辣度選擇，但可以按個人口味叫店員加辣，平時食開小至中辣覺得唔洗加，正宗紅油純辣同香麻味道，食完唔會覺得口渴。手切本地牛頸脊(半份)見到鮮紅粉嫩、雪花分佈平均的切片賣相已不錯，口感鮮嫩。黑柏葉新鮮爽口，掛麻辣湯汁絕配。蝦肉粒蝦滑食到新鮮原隻蝦粒，鮮味加倍，口感更加彈牙爽滑。自家製響鈴炸得酥脆唔油，酥香味鮮自家製雲吞(半份)大大隻鮮蝦肉，皮薄餡足爆汁牛筋丸(半份)彈牙多汁金菇同寬粉正常發揮，個人愛好的麻辣火鍋配料。
