火煱配料:

芥末沙律球 — 好淡嘅芥辣味,沙律味比較多,少少甜,都好食

第一次去怡紅院係試佢地晚市,當時都已經覺得佢地啲火鍋料同湯底都好味,而且環境又靚,餐牌、餐具嗰啲又好得意,cocktail 又好特別,只係有啲貴啫 (我覺得⋯⋯)但係午市又幾抵食,$130 一人一鍋,可以揀一份肉,四款配料(每款兩件),一款麵食,仲有一杯嘢飲,如果你冇揀到要加錢嘅配料,真係可以$130落樓!上個月去過兩次,試過佢哋個沙嗲湯底同埋麻辣湯底。沙嗲湯底好香濃但唔鹹,襯出前一丁一流! 麻辣湯底唔算辣,但係好香,襯薯粉好出色 !火鍋配料試過佢哋嘅醬爆咖喱炸蛋,外面係炸魚蛋裏面包心係咖喱,有驚喜!韭菜餃都好食,但係可能好快賣晒,有次因為叫唔到韭菜餃,就加錢叫咗個鳳城水餃,入面有好大粒蝦,好食呀! 厚切午餐肉一啲都唔Hea,真係厚切,抵叫!呢排天氣凍凍地,會再返兜~~

今日午餐去左一轉怡紅院!好耐之前已經聽過呢間火鍋店,但係覺得價錢都唔平所以一直都係得個知字。點知依家午餐有一人邊爐🫕一於試試佢門口裝飾得都幾靚,一入到去坐低已經有張賣身契等緊你簽嗌左個沙嗲湯底黎滾個出前一丁,湯底好濃郁,個麵吸曬啲湯,好好味😋肥牛就偏肥同埋相對普通,不過丸類都幾好👍🏻跟餐仲有杯野飲,揀左烏龍茶無咁有罪惡感。值得一讚既係唔知關唔關今日唔算多客,侍應姐姐都好好,不停主動加湯同埋都有收走吉碟。

位於中環蘭桂坊附近的特色主題打邊爐🏮🪭親友新加坡嚟香港,想搵間特色啲嘅餐廳打邊爐,所以專登由九龍揸車去中環試😜果然係有如其名以青樓做主題嘅怡紅院🐂牛頸脊打邊爐點可以冇牛!牛頸脊鮮嫩有牛味鮑魚店員提醒淥15秒就食得,果然爽爽嫩嫩,老人家牙唔好都咬到🍡手打四寶丸四種丸都好出色,但係辣牛丸要注意裏面會有花椒,咬嘅時候小心啲桂花蚌爽口彈牙帶鮮味,我個人非常喜愛。而且桂花蚌不含膽固醇同脂肪,係注重健康飲食人仕最佳之選小記:話說揸車人士最近嘅停車場係中央廣場,但由於我架車load到好低,而個停車場非常斜!我上唔到所以駕駛人士自己留意番!
