我知道一通左關,個個都掛住周圍飛周圍去,但飛還飛,唔好忘記一d高質既小店,你曾經到訪過,曾經回憶過,曾經紀念過,返到黎記得支持一下,因為佢地值得更好,呢間位於水街「The Ground Kitchen」,就算我去過幾多次,我都想繼續去。 📌A LA CARTE - ▪️ Pulpo a la Gallage · Capsicum Relish · Capers · Olive -▫️ 先黎個人氣starter「西班牙·烤八爪魚」,吸盤位帶少少鮮味,再食落有種煙煙韌韌口感,配搭水瓜柳,清新爽甜,送白酒一流。▪️ Mozzarella Cheese Beef · Bolognese Chips - ▫️ 呢個小食「芝士和牛·肉醬薯條」份量非常多,薯條即叫即炸,新鮮滾熱辣,面頭厚厚既芝士,再淋上和牛肉醬,食落鹹香有層次,肉醬調味亦較得岩岩好,夠哂惹味。▪️ Carb Meat Homemade Pasta · Tomato Sauce - ▫️ 主食分別試左兩款,第一道「鮮茄蟹肉·手打意粉」,呢個茄醬比我想像中無咁酸,比出面市埸上較甜,而且醬汁夠多得黎唔會好稀,比較厚身,我幾鍾意;而手工意粉口感夠哂彈牙
