王家沙充滿中學記憶,細個無咩錢出街約朋友食飯,晚餐會來食個簡單晚餐咖喱飯。大個咗有更多嘅選擇嘅時候,漸漸就會忘記簡單既幸福,今晚遇上久違嘅你,原來已經變得唔再似以前嘅純樸,歲月洗禮後走上型格路線。醉嘉美雞$88🐔用上迷你酒酲,大到呢!個size有點失望,雞肉滑嫩,酒香香濃,呢隻醉雞真係令我哋醉啦三絲粉皮$56第二道迷你菜式,呢個價錢就不太值得,分量太小,味道方面芝麻醬配上粉皮味道相當夾,係好食嘅。蘇式鮮肉小籠包$58本身係得五件,侍應見我哋有六個人,提議我哋可以加多一隻,皮薄多汁,沾上紅醋,一口放進去,肉汁爆開,湯汁清甜而不油膩,前後點左兩籠👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼鮮肉生煎包$42生煎包當然係趁熱食最好味包底煎好脆,包身略嫌厚身,肉嘅份量都不是太多王家沙炒飯$78飯底夠乾身,唔會太油,炒到飯粒上晒色,入面既配料豐富,有肉松,松子,口感不錯椒鹽排骨$88分量依舊「的式」,每件都大舊,,但味道得一個字「咸」,食一舊便夠。
