母親節「探」完母親,順便去太古城飲茶,唔係好識呢度,問咗服務台,決定去「西苑」,此終係節日,等位真係在所難免,7個號碼等咗40分鐘~gogogo.揀咗~鮑汁荷葉飯~鳳爪~牛肉~蝦腸粉~金錢肚~炸韮菜角。Part 1- 等咗十五分鐘,出場嘅係~荷葉飯同炸韮菜角-荷葉飯打開其實都係炒飯用荷葉去包裝,不過不失,但又無荷葉嘅味。反而韮菜角入面好多料,除咗主角韮菜,仲有幾「舊」仔蝦仁同小小豬肉。Part2-係食完以上,等到我以為漏單,成廿分鐘至到,當然你哋會話因為節日,但我覺得佢哋又無忙到好誇張咁,正常星期日忙吧,返正題,出場係蝦腸粉同牛肉,腸粉皮「幼嫩滑口」,蝦亦都大隻爽口,牛肉佢哋寫住100%純牛肉,但真係無驚喜同特別。Part 3再等多成十分鐘至至,牛肚同鳳爪,正常味道。叫埋單又等咗十分鐘,俾咭又等多五分鐘。「舊式」~係咪=浪費時間,其實依家大多茶樓都叫客出去埋單,等嚟等去其實係咪浪費晒大家嘅時間?點心又出得慢,如果所有嘢都「現代」啲,大家係咪可以慳好多時間,你哋又可以做多幾轉枱,都唔知管理層點「計數」。再講~你哋啲點心都已經唔係平!依家仲邊有酒樓放花生架?硬收$12。結論:食材係新鮮,出
