發現葵芳新都會廣場的5樓靜悄悄地新開了幾間餐廳!今晚先試試這間「小點角落」,觀其餐牌內容,餐廳主打創意港式食品。全餐包括了碗仔翅蒟蒻麵、特特大魚蛋、蝦頭油菜圃燒賣、新煎釀三寶、山椒鹹蛋黃雞翼,以及麥皮蝦芒果沙律脆筒6款,非常豐富。由於餐廳主打新派港式小食,所以6款小食都添加了創新元素,如碗仔翅加入蒟蒻麵。煎釀三寶就配了柑橘腐乳醬,鹹香滋味。雞翼炸香,沾上山椒鹹蛋黃醬,邪惡香口。而身為燒賣控的本人就被蝦頭油菜圃燒賣所驚艷,燒賣撈上蝦頭油菜圃後,又幾惹味。雞翼有6隻,果然如餐牌所言是重量級小食。雞翼大隻,肉質滑嫩。而且煮得非常入味,齒頰間盡是瑞士汁的香味。白飯伴以蔥油、豉油、菜圃和青瓜絲同吃。前3者的威力不容小覷,白飯味道因此變得更香,令人不自覺多吃幾口。可惜當天的溏心蛋未有流心效果,有點遜色。筆者本身超喜歡食腸粉!以蒸籠盛載著的豬腸粉,配上豉油、甜醬、花生醬和芝麻一堆調味醬。腸粉有微微米香味,不過稍嫌做得未夠軟滑。幾有創意的食法!以畫板形式上枱,醬料就化身為顏料。雞蛋仔伴隨了乳酪雪糕,再自行按喜好加入朱古力醬、草莓醬。味道香甜,但雞蛋仔可能受到雪糕的關係,質感偏腍了一些。餐廳另一賣點就是
