好耐未食個越南野啦,今日嚟到尖沙咀The One濕平,俾我哋見到有間食越南菜喺4樓,裝修開揚走型格路缐,同埋都坐滿7788,一於就入去試試。因為行左成日街嘅關係所以我哋兩個人叫咗頗多嘅嘢食。首先來一個新鮮椰青先啦,食越南野點可以冇椰青啊。棷青好新鮮雖然啲汁唔係太甜但係椰肉係勁軟滑嗰種。真係成個都可以又飲又食。因為實在太多小食想食,所以最後叫咗個小食拼盤 - 有炸春卷、炸蝦餅、蒸粉包同埋豬頸肉,真係一碟就滿足晒你四個願望,兩三個朋友一齊食其實啱啱好唔使逐樣叫。炸物炸得鬆脆可口,唔會成口油。豬頸肉都冇乾爭爭嘅感覺。必叫牛油雞翼,一上枱已經聞到好香嘅牛油味,咬落熱辣辣,好肥美又多汁,正!香茅燒牛仔骨,來到睇見已經好想食,燒到剛好,唔會太乾,好香香茅味。細細個已經鍾意食菠蘿炒飯見好耐冇食過今日叫咗一個,鍾意佢飯炒得夠乾身,飯有好多配料仲有好多菠蘿肉。辣椒膏炒大蜆,呢個汁簡直係冇得頂,如果唔係叫咗個飯我諗我會叫法包嚟點。香香辣辣咁樣。至於大蜆粒粒脹卜卜,一碟有起碼8大隻。蒜蓉炒椰菜苗,呢個菜唔係間間餐廳都會有,係我見到必點嘅蔬菜因為平時係屋企會少食啲,我鍾意佢比較有口感。今日除咗買咗好多野之外仲
