To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然自己並非下午茶的狂熱份子,但可以給瞧得上的,就必定是有質素或具特色的。近日見沙田帝都酒店櫻田日式餐廳逢星期六日推出「靜岡蜜瓜日式下午茶」(Fukuoka Melon Japanese Afternoon Tea),竟然以當造甜美的靜岡蜜瓜作主打,就連鹹點都是壽司,有點破格的感覺。下午茶由3點15分開始提供,包含兩杯飲品,太太簡單的來杯熱柚子蜜,自己之前一天先 staycation,精神有些少晃悠,就來了杯滴漏咖啡提神,老實講,咖啡幾香濃。大大小小共20件壽司及甜點,以充滿和風的木橋送上,而不是常見的三層架。汁煮翡翠螺(2件)下午茶居然係食翡翠螺,起初感覺真的怪怪的,但螺肉是煮好再放入翡翠螺殼內,煙煙韌韌的口感,不錯。黑松露玉子卷(2件)賣相小巧的兩片,咬落滿有松露的幽香。金箔軟殼蟹卷(2件)捏得緊密,放上了金箔倍覺矜貴,中間是脆中帶軟的軟殼蟹,好味。壽司有三款,分別是火炙和牛海膽壽司(2件)、火炙帆立貝漢堡壽司(2件)及火炙吞拿魚腩壽司(2件),各自有不同的風味。火炙和牛逼出了牛肉的香氣,個人覺得可以炙得重手些少,牛肉鬆軟有嚼口,配以入口即化的海膽,兩者誰也搶不了鏡。至於太太就最鍾

至於太太就最鍾意帆立貝壽司,一般處理手法是把飯團放下帆立貝之下,廚師卻把帆立貝割開,而把飯團藏身於內,咬落先是軟綿,再來是飯團的嚼口,效果不俗。

而溶化了的吞拿魚油花,令魚肉香氣更盛,三款壽司,個人都喜歡。

鹹點過後,回歸正題的甜點。

靜岡蜜瓜果撻(2件)

蜜瓜碎上置面,芝士底好香滑,而撻底尚算鬆化,大概是因為花太多時間去拍照的關係吧!非戰之罪。

平穩紥實,兩小球蜜瓜直接擊打味蕾,芳香豐盈,小杯奶凍無從挑剔,但茶匙未能舀到最底,清不了杯,安排食具上要打 pat pat!

用上十勝紅豆作餡料,甜美可口,銅鑼燒賣相勾起了「多啦A夢」的回憶,咬落鬆軟,而且帶蜜瓜的甜香,小小的一件,太太的滿足。

靜岡蜜瓜(2件)

刻意把原片蜜瓜放到最後先享用,熟成了的蜜瓜肉質軟綿,入口滿嘴都是馥郁香氣,多汁又甜蜜,實在是一種享受。

其實整個下午茶都好啱我同太太,而且鹹甜兩款都有上佳水準,但個人人貪心一點,如果鹹點都能注入蜜瓜元素,主題會更突出。
