「韓式fine dinning體驗」香港很少有韓式fine dinning,最近去了一家米芝蓮一星的fine dinning餐廳,整體體驗真的很不錯,這次的tasting menu驚喜也很多,想跟大家幾道我喜歡的菜品❤✨Korean Fried Chicken呢個另外叫嘅dish,吃下去感覺十分juicy,而且炸得十分香脆,裡面的肉質又十分鮮嫩,搭配柚子醬吃下去口感很好✨Jang Trio這個也是加錢叫的,和韓國mingles一模一樣的味道及擺盤,一個很特別的焦糖布甸,上面有一層雪糕,搭配whisky foam,核桃,脆米,中西配合感覺十分有驚喜✨Yuza Gangjeong偏清淡口味,用白米飯做成的甜品,看上去造型很美觀,吃進去嘴裡是很鬆軟的✨Abalone &Chicken Skew炸雞腿肉串,裡面有煙燻蘑菇和雞胸肉,外皮被炸的很酥脆,裡面有很多煙燻肉的香味,吃起來很不錯

✨Korean Fried Chicken
呢個另外叫嘅dish,吃下去感覺十分juicy,而且炸得十分香脆,裡面的肉質又十分鮮嫩,搭配柚子醬吃下去口感很好
