由於太遠屋企,所以好少去荃灣,今次特登入嚟行下荃灣☺️,順便食下嘢,就揀咗間樓高兩層高嘅日系Cafe☕️,影下靚相先📸。.📍慢煮安格斯牛肩肉蝴蝶粉( $148 )Slow-cooked Angus beef chuck farfalle牛肩肉有5大塊,同時兼備牛肉同筋膜位,食落有啲似牛𦟌。睇落顏色嫰紅,燒得啱啱好冇血水又軟嫰🥩,不過落啲鹽調味會更好食。蝴蝶粉冇煮得過腍,配以番茄汁🍅、菇菌同蘆筍,味道唔差但未算有驚喜。.📍Mocha (dinner+ $24)呢到嘅咖啡全部拉花都好靚, Mocha上拉咗隻天馬🦄,飲落去朱古力味好香🍫咖啡味相應唔算好濃,兩者平衡得好好👍🏻。.Menu
