To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

「香港熱門火鍋選擇，『一鍋堂』食到飽」🔥🍲

今日就帶住成家人一齊去食「一鍋堂」，新搬到旺角兩年嘅我，都有片刻未曾出去試新火鍋，今次終於滿足住😉！ 網上好多人都推薦呢間火鍋店，所以就提早BOOK左位，決定試下個「70分鐘定量火鍋餐(美國封門柳肉拼美國牛脷心托）」🤤🤤💫其實對火鍋有要求嘅我，覺得「一鍋堂」出品真係唔錯。個湯底選左「芫荽皮蛋湯」，味道真系清新，皮蛋好香，再加上芫荽，真係惹味至極！🍲 「醉雞翼」又係另一驚喜，美味欲滴，香氣撲鼻，食完一隻仲想再食！肉味濃郁，每個雞翼都煮得剛剛好，外脆內嫩，肉汁充足。  💖另外，我都唔會錯過個油麥菜，新鮮嘅蔬菜配上豐富嘅湯底，清爽得黎又唔會令人覺得過於單調，與肉類的濃厚口感形成鮮明對比，而且啲油麥菜煮到剛剛好，好有口感，啲湯底滲進菜葉，食落口都系好入味！
