為了慶祝出糧,我跟好友到聲名大噪的<鮨真>,品嚐舌尖上的鮮味。餐廳環境簡潔純樸,没有多餘的裝飾,坐在長長的吧枱,可以近隔離觀摩師傅的刀工,大玻璃透視的維港景色,光亮迷人! 坐在另一旁的窗邊,可以遠眺The ONE和Mira Mall,夜幕漸漸低垂,尖沙咀由活力之都蛻變成浪漫之都! 喝著熱茶,我們在<菊>和<櫻>2款omakase之間徘徊,一場來到決定享受最Premium的禮遇,我倆選擇了<櫻>。温室蕃茄 温室蕃茄是前菜,切成一片片放在小冰山上,蕃茄入口濃甜多汁,冰涼的口感適合炎炎盛夏。沾上少計鹽粒,味覺上更顯鮮甜、多汁,可是份量偏細。刺身七款刺身排列精緻、美觀,放在銀光閃閃的半月型碟上,視覺上已經刺激食慾。師傅說享用的優先次序是由薄切至肥厚、由清新至濃烈的: 左口魚、響螺、青魚、金目鯛、池魚及大拖羅,讓味蕾的幸福感逐步提升! 左口魚透明薄切,入口嫰滑、彈牙,鮮味十足,放在鹽板上沾上柚子皮,捲合香蔥,滋味非常!響螺爽彈,入口"嗦嗦"聲,那種煙韌的嚼勁,令人欲罷不能。青魚油脂豐厚,吃後嘴裏瀰漫微腥及鮮甜的油脂,味道令人深刻。金

為食的我,壽司的確滿足不了我的食慾,所以我選擇了稻庭烏冬,而不選擇湯品。牛肉烏冬湯頭充滿牛肉香,烏冬滑溜、順口,配上濃郁的牛肉,著實不錯。
