尖沙咀一向都多好嘢食,有海景有海鮮😄呢間廚師發辦影得唔錯,食材質素高午餐刺身六品、壽司六品、一款和食、湯、甜品👍🏻😁每一件嘅份量都唔細,所以食完好飽,非常之推介佢哋和食,松葉蟹肉春捲一級棒!前菜醋汁水雲落左啲蘋果調味,食落去有少少酸味好開胃。茶碗蒸好吸引因為上面有好多三文魚子同蟹肉😍三文魚子好甜好好食。水八爪魚 成條水八爪魚白雪雪好靚,師傅用心將合適嘅厚度切出嚟,食落去有口感,佢哋嘅吸盤仲好食😀爽爽地平政魚拎去網燒🌟好肥美,油分逼出來會見到有坑紋所魚肉表面多油光,加入柚子胡椒,油脂味豐富。金目鯛加入酸梅醬後火炙,令到魚味更突出,肉質結實北海道真蠔食落去酸酸地,原來系加咗自家洋蔥醬😀蠔味道口感幾香拖羅 顏色同紋理都咁靚,唔使點樣調味拖羅切出嚟咩都無加,啖啖魚油香。慢煮鮟鱇魚肝食落去滑身,上面有好多橙色油脂,顏色鮮明上面落咗紫蘇花,味道更加特別 松葉蟹肉春捲超級吸引,睇落去冇咩看頭,咬落去就一流😍入面超爆多蟹肉,佢哋嘅醬汁都系用蟹膏整,雙重蟹滋味。食嗰陣仲系熱到出煙,勁正!壽司新鮮帶子落少少Wasabi、青檸、日本醬油已好夠味昆布醃白蝦一件壽司就有20幾只蝦,全人手剝殼。落岩鹽一滴豉油輕輕調味已經好好食太刀魚視覺享受因為師傅即場火炙,加了醃好的漬物,主要系食佢嘅口感,肉結實有咬口吞拿魚赤身呢舊壽司整得好靚,😃顏色靚,蕃入面加咗蔥,令成個味道提升,蔥同魚味道夾。馬糞海膽分量好多顏色鮮橙色✨極度新鮮,入口甜右口魚竟然有魚仲正過拖羅😍燒完之後入口即溶,好肥好香最後有師傅自家制嘅抹茶紅豆奶凍,唔會過甜,而且抹茶味道香濃。 continue reading
