To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 第二次黎 @atavolabar 呢間位於東涌嘅意大利餐廳，坐得舒服又chill，最岩帶屋企人黎食！海堤灣畔個頭好似個mini soho區咁好有feel。今日一行4人叫左4樣野已經夠曬飽肚👯👯‍♂️-A Tavola Nachos 🧀頭盤要左nachos，份量好大，配上mozzarella cheese, sour cream, 莎莎醬同牛油果醬，非常開胃！(+$50 for chilli beef) 佢其實係肉醬，辣辣地好香口！夾埋香脆既nachos一齊share食perfect！- Burrata Salad 🥗我最愛既水牛芝士，大大舊好重奶味。配埋新鮮蕃茄同parma ham一齊一啖食就岩曬！ -Rack of lamb🐑一上枱比佢嚇親！有四件大羊架，每件都勁厚身，加埋Grilled vegetables配菜，非常滿足！幾欣賞佢塊羊架，煎得岩岩好medium，唔會過老，亦唔會過生出血水，最重要係肉質粉嫩唔會柴又無羊羶味！- Pepperoni Pizza 🍕店員suggest我地4個人叫大size - 12吋。呢度pizza即叫即整，熱辣辣又香脆。意大利辣肉腸薄餅入面有聖馬扎諾醬、
