To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直以來,我也不知道GLASSHOUSE是有提供下午茶的茶式。這一次是我的女性好友約了我看電影吃下午茶,我才知道GLASSHOUSE隱藏了這個性價比高的下午茶。環境很好,外面是一個小花園主角登場了,滿滿三層的食物第一層是一些冷盤小吃這個芒果冷盤最好吃,因為酸中帶甜,很開胃中間則是熱食這個蟹肉包很有驚喜,肉質夠鮮,調味也很適宜(其他也很好吃,只是這個最有驚喜)這個泰式蝦餅也很喜歡,因為剛炸出來,外層很鬆脆第三層則是甜點這個芝士蛋糕的芝士味較平常的那些濃,所以我很喜歡!這個下午茶也會包括兩杯飲品總結來說,這個價錢真的很吸引,每個人一百多就可以吃到那麼多的美食。
