To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日找地方吃午餐,發覺形點有很多餐廳也是試過,就膽粗粗來了這間餐廳一試。其實環境是不錯的,座位較寬敞,有落地玻璃可以看到外面的公園,不過經常也看到食客不多,以為只是價錢問題,今日一試便知道答案了。其實食物味道不是太差,但是我相信大家的感覺就是這些食物質素如茶餐廳般,但價錢卻是高級餐廳的價錢,不太合理。我們叫了兩個午餐:松露焗豬扒飯外觀其實不太差,豬扒的炸粉夠脆,但是肉質味夠嫩滑,炒底的飯黑松露味都尚算濃烈但我覺得洋蔥和蕃茄的份量太多了,而飯亦都不是珍珠米,有少少求婚。而整體的份量都非常少,如果是一個正常大人未必夠飽。蕃茄羅勒芝士焗意粉這個意粉的軟硬度還可以,芝士的份量也足夠,味道不算太差,不過蘋果汁又要加$28就有點兒過分。因為形點有不同種類的餐廳可選擇價錢亦比較相宜,所以我也不是非常推介。

難食到不得了既晚餐。。一早book好位。。餐廳一個客人都無。。都係到諗係咪中伏。。一食就看早哂伏。。侍應態度好差。。好似完全唔想做咁。。啲廚師得閒到個個企係到傾計玩電話。。沙律菜可以鞋口既。。未食過咁鞋既菜。。小食中規中矩。。。算係最好食既食物了。。到重點。。。。個個芝士pizza 。。。痴左。。。難食到食到垃圾味。。唔係誇張。。。係垃圾車既味係你個口到爆出黎。。好得人驚。。食左一件。。成碟叫佢拎走左。。個日有人生日。。切餅費要150。。。真係同搶錢無分別。。真係一次都嫌多。。唔該佢快啲執笠

這次回來,想再享受一下之前的秘製乳豬臘腸炒飯,雖然當時的味道令人印象深刻,但價錢確實偏高。這次計劃試試新的菜式,結果點了一碗黑松露蘑菇濃湯和一份簡單的意粉。黑松露蘑菇濃湯的香氣撲鼻而來,濃郁的口感讓人感受到黑松露的獨特風味,但似乎略顯單調,沒有太多驚喜。意粉則是中規中矩。至於飲品,酸味稍強,可能不太合我的口味,這次的用餐算不算是“跌watt”?不過,每次來這裡的最大動力,無疑是可以帶上我的愛犬一起用餐。這裡的環境友善,讓我和我的毛孩都能享受悠閒的時光。

經過好多次從未食過,終於有機會趁生日嚟試吓。中高級西餐廳,喺商場角落,pet friendly,環境不錯,侍應大部分講英文,切餅費$150,上菜速度算快,食物熱度適中,味道很好,都高水準。除了一般西餐應有菜式之外,鵝肝燒牛肉煎蛋飯特別推介,估唔到好好食,又大碗!小食拼盤👇🏻龍蝦芒果沙律👇🏻 好新鮮,芒果好甜呢杯有驚喜,忘記了名字,大概係芒果沙冰cream form,cream form好滑,唔會漏,好濃郁嘅芒果味!
