『大角嘴環境寬敞cafe・可惜....... 』@Roastery X, Tai Kok Tsui⠀⠀今天專程 來到這家位於大角嘴的新Cafe， 地方非常寬敞，不過冷氣不足，坐窗邊有點悶熱，影響整體舒適度。食物質素不，價格正常。⠀Visited this newly opened cafe in Tai Kok Tsui last weekend, it's spacious, a lots of seats. Unfortunately, the air con is not cool enough during our visit, so not too comfy. Food is above average, price is normal too. ⠀⠀唯獨其中一店員還是店長影響了我們的心情。在我們拍攝的時候，他走過來跟我們說：「你們都不會拍照！應該這樣、那樣...」然後還拿了我們其中一個的手機，說要幫忙拍照。我們事後都覺得這行為非常沒有禮貌...雖然我知道我們不是專業的攝影師，也有更厲害、拍照更漂亮的blogger來過，但我們覺得他也太奇怪了吧。或許他是覺得這樣是幽默或者熱

唯獨其中一店員還是店長影響了我們的心情。在我們拍攝的時候，他走過來跟我們說：「你們都不會拍照！應該這樣、那樣...」然後還拿了我們其中一個的手機，說要幫忙拍照。我們事後都覺得這行為非常沒有禮貌...雖然我知道我們不是專業的攝影師，也有更厲害、拍照更漂亮的blogger來過，但我們覺得他也太奇怪了吧。或許他是覺得這樣是幽默或者熱情，但我個人還是不太習慣、也不太喜歡這樣。⠀
However, we find one of the staff (or maybe the boss?) quite rude and impolite. He commented on our photo taking skills and grab one of my friend's phone to take a "better" picture. We find this offensive. Not sure if he is just joking or being serious, but either one ruins our mood. ⠀

Avocado & Ham Egg Benedict $88⠀

多士微微烤過，靭度也足夠，麵包上有一片薄薄的火腿和一些牛油果。流心蛋煮得剛剛好，完全做到 egg porn 的效果，醬汁也算濃郁，整體味道不錯。⠀
Bread is slightly toasted and quite chewey. A thin layer of ham on it and some avocado. Pouched eggs are nicely cookied, can definitely do an #eggporn . Benedict sauce is alright, overall it's a bit better than average.⠀

Smoked Salmon Egg Benedict $88⠀

整體味道跟牛油果那款差不多。三文魚和流心蛋很夾，可惜三文魚份量有點少，多一兩片會較好。⠀
Similar to above, would be better if there're more smoked salmon. ⠀

我們選擇了Nutty的咖啡豆，可是不知為何咖啡味還是偏酸，整體味道較淡。⠀
We choose coffee beans with nutty flavour, but no idea why it's a bit sour. Overall, the taste is quite mild. ⠀

巧克力和咖啡的味道融洽，如果甜到再降低一點點會更好。⠀
Good balance between coffee and chocolate. Quite good. ⠀

整體來說，食物質素不錯，咖啡品質還好，環境大但當天有點悶熱，個別店員令整體感覺不佳。⠀
In short, food is quite nice, drink is average, environment is spacious but ventilation not very good, one staff makes us feel uncomfortable (the others are great!)⠀
