封門牛柳厚厚一舊,切開就會見到粉嫩嘅紅色。肉質軟腍有咬口,牛味濃郁帶焦香,成功保留肉汁。鴨肝煎得香口微脆,內裡依然軟嫩,富油香。餐廳好有創意咁將醬汁裝左係dropper入面,醬汁朱古力味相當突岀,我地就唔太識欣賞呢個combination。旁邊嘅薯蓉都唔馬虎,口感軟滑保留左軟綿薯粒,帶奶香,面頭仲有啲磨菇碎作點綴。

羊架呈粉嫩嘅紅色,肉質軟腍嫩滑,口感一流!不過攤凍左就偏羶,建議怕羶嘅大家趁熱食晒。羊架面頭灑左唔少抹茶粉,但抹茶味比想像中淡,未見相得益彰嘅效果。

燉飯其貌不揚,但食落有驚喜喎!米粒吸滿湯汁,內裡呈半熟口感。面頭舖滿蟹肉同蟹膏,超足料!燉飯蟹味鮮味十足,入口帶微辣,食落無想像中咁膩~

又真係幾似粒菇喎!上下層分別為芒果同士多啤梨雪芭。個texture好得意,初初入口有少少冰感,但其後就會覺得佢好滑好thick。兩款水果口味毫不人工,幾清新呢~ 側邊有啲餅乾碎增添口感,偶爾仲會食到薄荷味,令成件事更fresh。絕對係一款食到好飽都仲食得落嘅甜品


▪️鐵觀音芝士蛋糕 $68
芝士蛋糕茶味超濃!初頭篤佢好似有啲散同乾,但食落意外地滑,無平時嘅咁厚重紮實。甜度好低,鍾意食甜//非茶控可能會覺得有啲苦澀,但茶控表示滿意。撻皮厚身經焗過,唔係行我最鍾意嘅實的的脆身路線,但焗過始終都香啲~ 旁邊有啲帶果香嘅焦糖脆脆、酸尾尾嘅紅桑莓乾同藍莓乾作點綴。係一個完全唔甜膩嘅甜品


▪️花生香蕉奶昔 $56
好smooth,但花生醬味偏淡。不過最頂啲cream好香奶味好濃好好食


▪️早餐奶昔 $58
Exactly早餐嘅味道!有啲似粟米片x牛奶麥皮,唔會太甜。但夜晚飲呢杯野真係有啲奇怪,可能晏晝嚟到配all day breakfast會好啲~


▪️丸久小山圓玄米柚子梳打 $42
初初入口柚子酸味較突岀,其後會品嚐到淡淡玄米香,幾清新解膩~ 不過朋友就話上面啲小丸子腍左啲
