To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

身為譚仔三哥fans，一聽到出新系列，當然要馬上去會一會佢😍今期仲有靚仔Jeffrey Ngai 魏浚笙代言，真係好吸引🙈🍜砂砂湯肥牛鹿茸菇米線砂砂湯其實係混合馬來西亞喇沙、泰國辣湯、三哥秘製濃湯嘅湯底，味道似喇沙，亦有沙茶嘅味道，帶點花生香味🥜幾中意呢一款層次豐富嘅湯底😍肥牛份量都唔少🐂而且吸收哂湯底精華，食起上嚟好惹味，每一啖都充滿住湯底嘅香麻口感🤤另一款配料鹿茸菇都吸盡湯汁精華，正👍🏻如果想加配料，建議加啲可以索滿湯汁嘅🙈例如竹笙、豆卜、魚腐等等，咁食一定好滋味🤤🐖煳麻辣椒豬肚呢款新出小食，有齊煳辣同麻辣雙重滋味！🔥配料有芫荽、花椒等，個煳麻辣汁又香又麻🤤唔食得辣嘅朋友可能要留意下，因為無得揀辣度🌶豬肚爽口彈牙，而且夠入味，吸盡麻辣汁，食得好過癮☺️🥭奶蓋芒果蒟蒻椰香金露呢款新出特飲，作為芒果控當然要試一試😍芒果果肉都幾多，食落香甜，仲有Q彈蒟蒻增添口感😆芒果同椰汁嘅比例剛好，撈埋香濃芝士奶蓋，配辣野解辣解渴一流！
