To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🌗U7 三文魚帆立貝刺身飯 $70 夏日炎炎，唔想食飯食到一身汗，刺身飯係個好選擇。刺身雖然唔算好鮮甜，但以中上環呢個價黎講都算合理，三文魚好厚好大片，仲好多飯實食得飽。隨餐附送麵豉湯一碗，味道適中唔會太鹹，如果加埋豆腐顯出誠意會更好。刺身飯以外仲有熟食丼，經WhatsApp落單仲有優惠添，下次可以試下～舖仔細細，客人叫完野食一定要出問口等，等候時間雖然唔算耐，但夏天咁熱真係一分鐘都唔想係室外，Order 定計啱時間先黎拎，唔洗等到身水身汗方為上策。
