To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前見好多人介紹過呢間中菜館，今次帶埋屋企人試下，餐廳裝修以金色為主，雅緻富格調，仲有落地玻璃窗卡座好岩打卡，佢地有提供二或四人套餐，有齊小菜、主食、點心同例湯，價錢都好抵食，值得一試😌2人餐 ($398) 冷盤🥢皮蛋豆腐擺盤有特色，豆腐滑溜溜切成小塊，皮蛋帶鹹香，十分惹味！🥢雞絲拉皮粉皮滑溜溜，配上爽口青瓜絲及雞絲，以花生醬拌勻開胃之選🥢蟹籽鮮蝦燒賣（2件）招牌菜式之一，燒賣大大粒爽口彈牙😍加入蟹籽鮮蝦口感更佳，必食之選師傳燉湯（2碗）湯十分清甜，加入雞腳、豬肉同紅蘿蔔烹煮而成🥕，入口滋潤，好岩呢個季節飲乾蔥豆豉雞煲上枱熱辣辣好吸引，雞肉份量多，入口嫩滑多汁，加入乾蔥爆香更惹味安格斯牛肉河賣相好吸引，牛肉大大片份量多，配上洋蔥同蔥絲一齊炒好有鑊氣，不會太油膩另外餐廳仲做緊優惠，1730-2130 啤酒，汽水，橙汁買一送一👍 亦有特惠Happy hour Set (2杯啤酒 + 4選一食品），晚間市段乳鴿都只係$48/隻，好抵食!Join埋會籍更划算!
