To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一個月去咗3次😂比較一下唔同雞嘅味道,豉油雞其實好滑同埋都醃得好入味,亦都唔係好鹹。而芝麻脆皮雞因為係烤雞所以個皮好薄同埋好脆再加埋芝麻香,忍唔住係要食埋層皮😜至於炒菜方面,我通常都係叫薑汁炒芥蘭,但係佢水準唔係好一致,因為要視乎啲菜係咪新鮮,最近一次比較老,所以麻麻哋好食。除此之外佢亦都有一個鹹蛋黃炒青豆,好食嘅但係冇諗過都係好炸咁樣嘅做法,所以比較熱氣🥲至於甜品方面我通常都會叫一個點心,尤其是甜嘅包點,通常係奶皇包,因為個樣可愛同埋好味

今日同公司同事聚餐,已經有一段時間未嚟過呢度飲茶,記得疫情前嘅體驗係唔錯嘅,點心精緻、味道亦都唔差!不過今次嘅體驗真係有少少我以為去錯地方,服務態度差,點心已經落咗單差唔多45分鐘,問服務員,佢答係咪未到定係乜嘢,我都想知除咗未到之外,我哋仲可以乜嘢呢!嘢食方面,亦都難以置信以依個價錢竟然出啲咁嘅質素,蘿蔔糕只係食到粉,完全食唔到蘿蔔糕味,螞蟻上樹除咗好油之外,唔知食咗咩味!用QR code落單,因為冇Menu嘅關係各自開嚟睇吓有咩食,想看清楚詳情,點知點咗落去已經落咗order,真係好奇怪!今次光顧之後,絕對冇下次!

星期日好多點心都顯示售罄,唔知係咪師傅禮拜日都放假既原因,點心提供有限。佢哋11:30開,我哋12:30嗌已經差唔多冇晒😐。下次可能閒日來試下。不過服務、環境等都係幾好既👍🏼

中上環晚餐可以食點心的地方不多,今次選擇了地點方便的南豐大廈這間中菜店。平日晚間座位基本上只有半滿,有很多細檯,空間寬敞,所以兩三四位朋友去食點心道完全無問題。點心普遍$40-70一款,於中上環來説算價錢合理。雖然用QR落單,但店員人數足夠,服務周到。雞絲拉皮 ($49) ★★★★✰粉皮份量不多,不過很香麻醬味,粉皮也有些韌度,是我喜歡的質感,紅油抄手(5件) ($59) ★★★★★辣油豉油的比例很合適,不太鹹之餘中等辣度很適合我。餃子皮也非常薄,豬肉不肥沒有肥膩感。筍尖鮮蝦餃 (3件) ($59) ★★★✰✰雖然蝦餃皮算出色,蝦肉飽滿,賣相不錯,不過$59三件蝦餃有些貴,而且筍味不突出。睇住流奶 (奶黃包) (3件) ($49) ★★★★✰賣相有特色,食落是很typical的奶黃包,有少許流心。整體而言,這間新派中菜廳食物質素很不錯,價錢親民,在中上環地區也找不到相似的替代餐廳,加上環境舒服,值得推薦。

I was in an event where people get together and taste the dimsum dishes after trying to make one or two of them. We had many dimsum dishes including 燒賣、豬仔叉燒包。The dimsum are wonderful and of good quality.However, the pricing on a bottle beer is totally surprising. It charges a wholly $65 for ordering a bottled 330ml Asahi beer, which is a surprise to me. This charging can only be been in 5-star hotel or bars in LKF. Never expected a Chinese dimsum restaurant charging this high.
